Privacy policy

We only collect what we need to deliver your order or book your repair: your name, mobile number, address and (optionally) email.

How we use it

To process and deliver your order, to contact you about it, and to handle claims and repairs. We never sell your data.

Who else sees it

Our courier or transport partner receives your name, address and phone number so they can deliver. Payment providers receive only what they need to process a payment — we never store card details on our servers.

Analytics

We use standard website analytics to understand which products people are interested in.

Your choices

Contact us on WhatsApp or at mharismachinery@gmail.com at any time to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted.
