Check your parcel on delivery

Please check the machine or part when it arrives. If it is damaged, faulty or not the item you ordered, message us on WhatsApp with photos or a short video within 3 days of delivery. We will repair, replace or refund it after checking.

What we cannot accept

Machines and parts that have been used, installed or opened by someone else, or damaged by wrong use or wrong voltage, cannot be returned unless the item itself is faulty.

Send your order number and photos to us on WhatsApp and we will tell you the next step.
